Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days from receiving confirmation of order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and require a signature on delivery so please ensure that there will be someone at the address to accept delivery. You have the right to refuse to sign for a delivery you feel has been tampered with. By signing for your order you agree that it is received in perfect acceptable condition.
Your order will be sent out by the most appropriate means – depending upon weight, size and destination.
Please note it is not possible for you to collect your order in person.
Bank Holidays may delay your order by up to one working day.
If we receive your order by 12pm Monday to Thursday we will dispatch it the same day, if we receive your order after 12pm, we will try our best to dispatch it that day but due to busy periods this may not be possible so orders will be sent out the following day. If you order after 12pm on Friday, your goods will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
