Making a purchase
By agreeing to order products on this website the buyer is agreeing to purchase at the price and in the way described. Love Jewellery acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt and acceptance of payment and the ability of the seller to provide the item.
Once you have placed an order through our online checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Following the necessary payment and address checks, and subject to payment approval, we will dispatch the order. Our acceptance of an order takes place at point of dispatch.
There may be circumstances when Love Jewellery has to refuse to accept an order, for example if the item(s) selected are not available or if there has been a price or product description error. In the event of this, you will be notified as soon as possible. Where, for any reason the item cannot be provided within 30 days, any payment received will be refunded in full. All refunds are given at the discretion of Love Jewellery.
Delivery & Returns
Love Jewellery offers a range of delivery options. We deliver to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
All orders will require a signature on delivery.
International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to duty and custom charges for which the buyer is responsible. The taxes could result in a delay in delivery if items are held at customs. Love Jewellery does not refund these taxes should you wish to return the purchase.
Love Jewellery accepts returns within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must arrive with us within the 14 day period. No refunds will be given if, in Love Jewellery’s opinion, the item has been worn or marked and/or if the Love Jewellery Label has been removed, and any items returned worn, with perfume or deodorant stains and/or odour, washed or handled inappropriately, or returned outside the 14 day returns period, will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers’ expense. Note – the value of refund will exclude shipping cost. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders outside EU, custom duties and sales taxes incurred by the purchaser are non- refundable.
The buyer must complete the Love Jewellery returns process in order to return an item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any item. Love Jewellery is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post, so buyers are advised to return goods using a signed for delivery service.

Item pricing and descriptions
Love Jewellery tries hard to ensure that all pricing and item description are accurate. Photos have been made available to provide as accurate reflection as possible of the real item, however the user must acknowledge that there may be a slight colour variation when viewed on screen. Love Jewellery reserves the right to amend prices or descriptions in event of any accidental inaccuracies.
